Founder of Adjaye Associates, his work spans private residences, civic buildings, and major cultural landmarks, including the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington, DC. Recognized globally, Adjaye has received numerous accolades, including a knighthood, the RIBA Royal Gold Medal, and an appointment to the Order of Merit, solidifying his influence in contemporary architecture.

Joe Osae-Addo is a Ghanaian architect and Principal of Constructs, an architecture practice with offices in Ghana and the U.S., focused on ‘inno-native’ design—a fusion of innovation and indigenous techniques for sustainable architecture. His work emphasizes the relationship between site, climate, materials, and community needs, shaping projects that are both contextually responsive and socially impactful. As Chairman of ArchiAfrika, he actively promotes research and discourse on African architecture while contributing to global architectural conversations.
